The largest John Deere dealer in Ireland; Templetouhy Farm Machinery Ltd (TFM) was appointed John Deere dealers in 1983. Since then TFM has grown to a six depot dealer group. With outlets located at Templetouhy (head office), Clonmel, Portlaoise, Enniscorthy, Kilkenny and Tuam, TFM now delivers its unrivalled agri dealer service and support across 13 counties throughout Ireland.

SCOPE
TFM engaged Dotser for a new look online interface which would deliver more control over product information, enhanced visibility, improved functionality (integrated eCommerce) and greater usability (UX) for the user.
This involved a new integration solution with the John Deere MachineFinder platform which saves the TFM sales team significant time when publishing machine stock listings online while also giving them enhanced control over how product images and information are displayed. Being able to highlight the relevant TFM sales person responsible for each machine type or product saves a lot of time by allowing customers get straight to the right person.
RESULT
The result is a simple-to-use, more user focused, cleaner and more visual interface, benefiting both users and TFM team alike. Machinery and products are linked directly to the relevant sales team enabling an improved customer service experience and reduction in administration time.
Automating the publishing of MachineFinder machinery direct to the Templetuohy Farm Machinery website saves duplication of work saving valuable time, resources and attention. Having the machinery data and listings on the website improves natural search engine ranking on Google, delivering greater online visibility and more potential customers direct to the TFM site.
Through the new mobile responsive customised layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile devices, users can now quickly find and view the products in greater detail with a simple to use navigation and much better visual layout.
